Enter your journey and choose a category. Configured routes show a price with VAT before you submit. Other addresses, hourly hire and special requirements receive a personalised quote.
When is my journey confirmed?+
You can follow the request in My bookings. Payment submits a paid request; confirmation follows when a driver accepts the assignment. Contact us if your plans are time-sensitive.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. Enter the passenger’s name and contact details at the details step. Use your own account to manage the booking.
What about luggage, skis or child seats?+
Mention bulky luggage, ski equipment and child-seat requirements before submitting. These requests are reviewed with the vehicle and may affect the quote.
Can I change or cancel a booking?+
Open My bookings to review your request. For changes or cancellation, contact info@alpivane.ch with the booking reference. The booking terms specify any applicable charges.
